The RediCoat(TM) gun's lightweight design allows for maximum operator control and comfort. Delivering 90kV for optimum electrostatic performance, the gun uses a variety of nozzles to match spray patterns to target parts.
The RediCoat(TM) control features an active kV and current LED bar graph display. It provides on/off and kV set-point control, as well as flow, atomizing and electrode rinse air control.
The RediCoat(TM) manual powder spray system in either fluidized hopper or vibratory box feeder version, offers fast, easy setup and operation. Available in 110V/60Hz and 220V/50Hz models, they feature four casters for mobility, of which two lock for stability. Capacity for the fluidized hopper version is 16 kg (35 lb.). The vibratory model feeds directly from a 25 kg (55 lb.) box.
