Hong Kong is a famous international metropolis and has long played a leading role in TCM R&D and production. Infinitus Health Tonic launched by Infinitus (China) in 1994, was soon well received. The compound polysaccharides, adopted by the product, are verified with superior immune function than single polysaccharide.

Over the years, LKKHPG has constantly expanded its investment in the Chinese herbal medicine health products sector, innovated the advanced extraction process of Chinese herbal compound polysaccharides, and owned some independent extraction technologies for several Chinese herbal medicines, such as Schizandrin B, Compound Whitening Factor, Active Peptides, Herbal Essence, Epidermal Growth Factor and Sapindus Saponins. Moreover, the conversion of its research findings to production receives popularity from the modern marketplace.

In recent years, Chinese herbal medicine, famous for its "Medicine and Food Homology" theory, has gradually been accepted and recommended by international communities thanks to its safety and mildness, providing a large space for TCM development. And the advanced extraction equipment and analytic techniques as well as the constantly proved mechanisms and effects have brought the TCM industry new opportunities for development.

LKKHPG emphasizes the compatibility of medicine ingredients and seeks to release the great potential of Chinese herbal medicine through introducing modern R&D technologies  to maintain the efficacy of ingredients and figure out the mechanism of action. Infinitus (China) has, for years, co-founded the Hong Kong Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Center and SIMM-Infinitus Joint Laboratory for Polysaccharide Research of Chinese Herbal Medicine with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM) respectively; and formed partnerships with the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Wuhan University, and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine to carry out a series of researches on Chinese herbal polysaccharides with fruitful results.

In 2012, Infinitus (China) launched globally the PolysacTM Compound Polysaccharide Technology, one of its patent technologies by independent R&D, which could provide immunoregulation effect of "1+1>2" by assembling and collocating different kinds of polysaccharides in a scientific way. Such technology enjoys a broad prospect for health care application. In 2013, Infinitus (China) and SIMM jointly released the latest research result with regard to the uptake of Chinese herbal polysaccharides. The finding not only provided new scientific evident for the uptake and effectiveness of polysaccharides through scientific experiment, but also built a solid foundation for proving the biological mechanism that polysaccharides could perform physiological function.

In the aspect of skin care products, new-type water soluble polysaccharides have become a magnet for development research in the area. Infinitus (China), in cooperation with Beautrio International Skincare Research Center and Institute of Microbiology Chinese Academy of Sciences, explored the way that Chinese herbal polysaccharides could take effect on human skin. In 2014, the compatibility of Polysac-JolieTM compound polysaccharides beauty factor that contained tremella polysaccharides, Ophiopogon japonicas polysaccharides and pansy polysaccharides was found through repeated experiments. Currently, such finding has been applied to the launched Essential Series of Beautrio Skin Care Products.
