Hay Group Appoints Dr. Lawrence Wong as Managing Director of Greater China

Hay Group, a global management consulting firm, announced the appointment of Dr. Lawrence WONG as Managing Director of Hay Group Greater China & General Manager of Hay Group Hong Kong.

Dr. Lawrence Wong is an IT professional and certified accountant in Hong Kong & the UK with a master's degree in e-Commerce and an MBA. He has around 30 years' working experience in top global consulting firms and famous listed conglomerates. With his extensive operational experience in IT, CRM, HR, Finance and SCM, Dr. Wong is an expert in advising C-level executives on optimizing their business operations for value creation by streamlining business processes, strengthening internal controls and improving operational efficiency with emerging technologies and management methodologies.

Prior to joining Hay Group, Dr. Wong was a Managing Director in Accenture Consulting leading the Digital & Analytics practice in Greater China. During his 4+ years with Accenture, he has successfully established and managed a global management consulting (MC) team of 170+ professionals focusing on analytics, SCM, BPM and change management. While far exceeding all performance targets, his global MC team also achieved a record breaking staff engagement score much higher than global average level.
