HONG KONG, May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Shunfeng International Clean Energy (SFCE), a leading global low-carbon, energy efficient integrated solution provider, announced today that it has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the municipal government of Luoyang, Henan province, based on their shared vision of building a green, low-carbon economy.
Both parties will fulfill this vision by collaborating and building low-carbon, energy-saving projects in the fields of industrial parks, commercial facilities, residential buildings, and transport systems through SFCE's energy management contracting (EMC) model, in line with the planning guidelines of the EU-China low carbon ecological and integrated urban pilot project.

Under the terms of the agreement, SFCE will leverage its clean energy technology and low-carbon, energy efficient integrated solutions to develop and implement comprehensive renewable energy projects based on the requirements of the EU-China urban pilot project. SFCE's EMC model delivers turnkey solutions, integrating design, development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance, as well as management for these high efficiency and low emission projects.
At the same time, SFCE will integrate a number of green solutions for hospitals, schools, public institutions, and large-scale commercial facilities and residential buildings in Luoyang's New District and High-tech Development Zone. These solutions will include solar power, ground source heat pumps, LED lighting, and green transportation, which will serve as a pilot project for integrated planning and investment in electricity usage, air-conditioning, hot water supply, transport and low-carbon facilities. Based on the successful implementation of the pilot project, SFCE will expand its services throughout Luoyang city to significantly improve the environmental conditions of the city and the living standards of its inhabitants.
