At the annual meeting of stockholders the following proposals will be submitted for shareholders' approval, fully described in the Proxy Statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on October 15, 2009:
1. To elect five directors to hold office until the 2010 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders or until their successors are elected and qualified.
2. To ratify the appointment of BDO Guangdong Dahua Delu CPAs as the
Company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31,
2009.
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting
or any adjournments or postponements thereof.
