Camelot Information Systems Inc. Appoints Citibank Veteran Dipak Kumar Rastogi to its Board of Directors

BEIJING, May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Camelot Information Systems Inc. ("Camelot" or the "Company") (NYSE: CIS), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry information technology ("IT") services in China, today announced the appointment of Mr. Dipak Kumar Rastogi as an independent director on the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Rastogi is CEO of Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) and has held that position since 2001. He is also Chairman of CVCI's Fund I and Fund II Investment Committees and is on the Investment Committee of Stirling Square Capital Partners. Mr. Rastogi joined Citibank in 1982, and in his distinguished career there, he served in many roles, including Group Executive Head of 38 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Global Markets business; Head of the Global Derivatives business; Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance; as well as various positions at Citigroup in Canada including Head of Trading and Structured Finance. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Rastogi has previously served on the boards of several global IT Services companies including Keane International, Polaris Software and i-Flex Solutions.
