KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Aug. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RAIL BUSINESS ASIA (RBA) 2013 will bring together thought leaders in the rail industry for a comprehensive overview of the rapidly expanding rail development in Asia.
