HONG KONG, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Goldpoly New Energy Holdings Limited ("Goldpoly" or "the Company," HK stock code: 686, whose largest shareholder is China Merchants New Energy Group "CMNE"), a leading solar power plant investor and operator in China, today announced that Goldpoly, along with its shareholder company Renewable Energy Trade Board Corporation ("EBOD", a renewable energy trading platform under CMNE), obtained the updated new business license on 7 January 2014 for the 180MW PV project acquired from Zhongli Talesun located in Gonghe, Qinghai Province, and that the acquisition has thereby been completed.
As of 7 January 2014, Goldpoly has completed grid connection for 13 solar power plants with an aggregate grid connected capacity of 531.7MW. (Details below)
