China Ruitai to Present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual China Investment Conference to Be Held March 6-8

Mr. Gang Ma, CFO, and Ms. Crystal Tang, VP of Finance, will present on behalf of the company on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at 2:25 pm. The Company management will also participate in one-on-one meetings with analysts and investors during the two-day event.
