Sino Group has been awarded the '10 Years Plus Caring Company Logo' by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for 11 consecutive years since 2003 in recognition of its continuous commitment to community, green and art activities.

In 2009, Skyline Tower launched the 'Mission Green Top' initiative in collaboration with the Hong Chi Association to organically grow plants and vegetables in the rooftop garden maintained by Hong Chi trainees. Regular sales of the garden's harvest are held. The project not only promotes a greener environment in office towers, but also provides employment opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities, and therefore won the "Partnership Project Award" of "Caring Company" organised by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence, Sectoral Awards (Property Management) - Silver Award" in 2010.
