KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Oct. 2, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Mixology Challenge 2023 was organised by Brand 21 and Mixology Creation in collaboration with BERJAYA University College (BUC) as the Official Venue Partner and Eciatto as Official Hosting Partner on the 27th September 2023. Eight shortlisted students from BUC have participated in the challenge by showcasing their signature mocktails using featured brand known as 1883 fully sponsored by Eciatto. Three prominent judges were invited to assemble the mocktail creation by determining the Top Three Winners and Top Winner. The invited judges were Ms Nicole Low from Eciatto, Ms Ashley Ow from Mixology Creation and Mr. Aw Yoke Cheng from BERJAYA University College.
Mixology Challenge 2023 Successfully Held in Conjunction With The Previous Series Of Gourmet Black Box Challenge 2023
Mixology Challenge VIP Fine Dining was held in the late evening at BUC's fine dining restaurant, Samplings on the Fourteenth which was located on the 14th floor of Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The entire settings at Samplings on the Fourteenth were beautifully done by staff and students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism (FHT) alongside a full course menu fully prepared by the chefs and students from the Faculty of Culinary Arts (FCA). The VIP dinner was graced by Guest of Honour, namely Puan Norlela Binti Baharudin from Berjaya Corporation Berhad in welcoming a total of 70 VIP guests who have attended the VIP fine dining by savouring the mouth-watering dishes. A Tik Tok F&B channel better known as Makan Quest was also highlighted during the VIP fine dining with content coverage across major brands.
Appreciation goes out to the main hosting partner, Eciatto for hosting the Mixology VIP Fine Dining as well as sponsoring the syrup ingredients. The founder of Eciatto, Ms. Nicole Low delivered the keynote address during the dinner. All invited VIP guests were treated the welcome drink during the welcome reception and were also presented the precious door gift 1883 syrup gift box. The night was enchanting for everyone in witnessing the Certificates of Achievement presentation ceremony followed by the Top Three Winners who walked away with special mooncake set prepared by Brand 21. The Top Winner won the unique crafted trophy applauded by Guest of Honour and all VIP guests. In celebrating the mooncake festival dated 29th September 2023, three lucky draw prizes were presented featuring two mooncake sets and one unit of air-fryer sponsored by Vivo Malaysia.
