Eight Roads Ventures Welcomes New Partner in China

SHANGHAI, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Eight Roads Ventures has appointed Joe Chang as a Partner in its China Ventures team focusing on Enterprise Technology, Consumer IT, FinTech and Services investments. He will be based in the Shanghai office and starts with immediate effect.

Joe joins Eight Roads from SoftBank China Venture Capital where he was a Partner. Before that, he was Head of Corporate Development at Cisco Greater China. Prior to Cisco, Joe held various senior sales and general management roles in Microsoft China, having spent the first 10 years of his career in consulting in China and the US, first with Coopers & Lybrand, then McKinsey & Co.

Originally from the US, Joe graduated with an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and an M.Eng. and B.Sc., Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University.
