"India is a country of diversities. It is rich in various embroidery techniques and printing techniques. In ancient times, the art of weaving and dyeing on cotton had been well developed, but it developed on silk later. Many kind of printing techniques are there, among which screen printing is important one. The main benefit of screen printing is that it is cost-effective and large-scale production is possible with it. Screen printing is more advantageous than dye sublimation and inkjet printing. Hand-block printing is a reputed art and it has been handed down through generations. Ahmedabad in Gujarat is a very important centre for trade of this kind of printed textiles. The South region also has several centers which are well known for prints on cotton. Printing and dyeing were earlier developed in Rajasthan. In Gujarat, wooden block printing was more common. Block printing is rich in vibrant colors, so it became more popular. The processes of creating colors were very simple. Madhya Pradesh also has a different style of printing, which reflects its culture," quoting from F2F. With the introduction and development of digital printing in India, some changes in the printing market can be noticed gradually.

The Belt and Road Initiative and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar economic corridor will stimulate the joint development of economy in South Asia, South-east Asia and East Asia. South-west China, East India, Bangladesh and Myanmar are relatively less developed and show less willingness to cooperate together. While making the economic corridor a policy of a country can help drive the united development in the most important economic sectors in Asia.

The domestic enterprises have been actively responding to The Belt and Road Initiative, investing more to expand oversea market and to make "made in china" more internationally accepted. With an extensive sense, TPF 2018 has taken advantages of multiple oversea media and channels from UBM to bring more qualified buyers abroad to China, creating opportunities for exhibitors and buyers from various countries to communicate face-to-face and make a deal without going abroad. TPF 2018 will also organize business matchmaking to build a one-on-one platform for exhibitors and visitors to have in-depth communication. And thus help the exhibitors understand the real needs of different buyers to add more value within.
