SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and conducted by the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation, the 'Korea Food Show 2016' will be held from September 1st to 4th at aT Center, Yangjae-dong, Seoul.
Seen as the representative food fair in Korea, the show organizers plan to hold various programs for internal and external buyers of the food industry at this year's event. In particular, 'Buyer Meeting' will be held for four days in a row. Moreover, audiences can get information about strategies that could bring more export at the conference on September 2nd. Above these programs, cultural events are also prepared for the public.
The theme content of the exhibition describes the bright future of the food industry. For example, a hologram video will show a future collaboration between food and IT industries. In addition, audience can experience future food and a smart kitchen with a refrigerator and a dining table which is connected by the Internet of Things (IoT).
This exhibition is the 8th Korea Food Show. From September 1st to 2nd are business days for food industry experts and buyers, and from September 3rd to 4th are public days for all audiences. Many Korean traditional food are specially prepared for the Chuseok, one of the biggest Korean holidays. Note that audiences can only purchase these premium Korean agri-food products during the public days.
