CHANGZHOU, China, Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On October 9, 2016, Fengshen AX5, the latest compact SUV model from China's Dongfeng Motor Group, started to roll off the assembly line at the company's facility located in Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND) in eastern China's Jiangsu province.
As one of the carmaker's major products for 2016, the exquisitely designed Fengshen AX5 comes with several "killer" features that are sure to become some of the main reasons that drivers will want to own this vehicle, including an 8-inch capacitive touch panel, a panoramic image system, a blind spot monitor, an electronic stability program, an automotive reversing radar system, as well as LED daytime running lights and a multifunction steering wheel.
As Dongfeng Motor's key strategic investment in eastern China, the Changzhou facility is centrally located in the Yangtze River Delta region, a location that serves to help the company execute on the strategy of developing its own proprietary brands.
