Vietnamese love coffee and they drink coffee everywhere at any time so that's why the Coffee & Dessert market is growing strongly in Vietnam and in Ho Chi Minh City particularly. Vietnam is also the second largest exporter of coffee in the world. The coffee market has seen increases of 12% per year, market value of specialist chained coffee shops is 21% per year. For those reasons we decided to organize Coffee & Dessert Fair in Ho Chi Minh City which gathers various suppliers providing international platform for buyers and sellers to network and explore business opportunities in promising coffee & dessert industry in Vietnam.

During the exhibition period, there will be the biggest Barista Championship competition in Vietnam. The championship is hosted to recognize and promote the talented and professional baristas working at coffee shops, restaurants, bars throughout Vietnam. 64 talented barista competitors will compete in the 3 day show to win the big prize, which has total value of VND 45 million. The winner will have chance to join WORLD SUPER BARISTA CHAMPIONSHIP 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. This will be the biggest prize for the Vietnam Barista Championship.
