HONG KONG, Oct. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Acclime, the premier corporate services provider in Asia, announces the rebranding of BPO Global, Macaw Corporate Services and Edtoma Corporate Services to Acclime. The complementary service offerings of these three businesses, from catering to the needs of SMEs as well as listed multinationals and even HNWIs, further enhance the capabilities of Acclime in Hong Kong and the region.

BPO Global provides tailored services to support corporate M&A and IPO transactions. Members of its senior team regularly act as named company secretary for listed companies. Another popular service offering is the establishment of share incentive schemes such as ESOPs as part of the pre-IPO process.

Macaw Corporate Services specialises in providing corporate governance, ongoing regulatory compliance, company secretarial and accounting services for SMEs and listed companies.

Edtoma Corporate Services, the corporate services division of CWCC CPA (a leading mid-tier accounting firm in Hong Kong), provides accounting and company secretarial services for international firms using Hong Kong as their regional base. Under the strategic partnership with Acclime, the company secretarial services offered by CWCC CPA will be branded Acclime going forward.

"We are confident that Hong Kong will continue to surpass expectations and will remain as a leading equity and debt capital market. Given our position as a regional professional services firm, the building of a strong presence in Hong Kong is of strategic importance to Acclime," Martin Crawford, co-founder and CEO of Acclime commented.

With the staff of these three businesses joining the Acclime family, the headcount in Hong Kong will exceed 30. Clients will continue to be served by their existing teams but will now have seamless access to a wider array of services across multiple jurisdictions.

"We can now support our clients who wish to expand their businesses to other Asian markets with the Acclime network," Gary Wong, CEO of BPO Global remarked.

"We are very excited to join the Acclime family and look forward to widening the spectrum of our service offerings. Our team will have more and better career development opportunities," Brian Tso, Managing Director of Macaw Corporate Services commented.

"The synergy of our partnership with Acclime means that we can better assist Chinese ODI clients to expand their business to other Asian jurisdictions while Acclime will benefit from our execution capabilities in China," Eddie Chan, founding partner of CWCC CPA remarked.
