Bee+ Founder Rob Jia said, "The use of the Bee+ model by the Asian Business Case Centre as a case to be taught in the MBA and EMBA programs at NTU will help expand the company's brand influence, enhancing awareness and our reputation across the industry. We hope that we can become a world-class brand that determines lifestyles. Recognizing space as a key element in a person's environment and the fact that a person usually spends 2/3 of their waking hours in their place of work, we are constantly thinking about how to better serve the city and people that reside within it. Bee+ wants to create a diversified and disruptive space experience through a combination of the WeWork model, the Starbucks concept and Apple products."

In March of this year, led by the dean of NBS, a delegation from the Asian Business Case Centre visited the Bee+ Shenzhen G&G Space to gain a deeper insight into how Bee+ has been able to be at the forefront of innovation and grasp entrepreneurship opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by taking vacant properties in urban areas and developing them through innovative approaches. The delegation gave high marks to Bee+'s concept and decided to use it to develop the business case that became Beeplus: Insight into China's Co-working Space Industry.

The case examines Bee+'s co-working space, providing insight into Bee+'s history as a company and its business model, and analyses how Bee+ has integrated the concept of "Bring Life Into Work" into its co-working space design and operation, transforming the working environment into a diversity-rich scenario that inspires creativity, optimizes efficiency and enhances collaboration. The case also takes a close look at prospects for the co-working space sector and how Bee+ is likely to stand apart from peers with its forward-thinking design and operation capabilities.

After more than three years of development, Bee+ has established a presence in Zhuhai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Bee+ is on track to have nearly 50,000 square meters of space under management by the end of 2018, making the firm the undisputed leader in the management of office spaces and of high-end co-working in South China.
