HONG KONG, April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Independent financial services provider, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has announced changes to its leadership team in Hong Kong as it looks to grow its support for SMEs in Asia.
Experienced industry leader, Maria Chung, is joining BFS in April as Managing Director for Hong Kong and will report to CEO for Europe and Asia, Richard Carter.
Having held senior roles with HSBC, Standard Chartered, RBS, Deutsche Bank, Santander and Mizuho Bank, Maria joins BFS with over 20 years' experience of leadership experience in international financial services, and ten years' experience in trade and supply chain finance.
Speaking of Maria's appointment, Richard Carter said: "Our business in Hong Kong had a fantastic 2018, with significant year-on-year profit growth and impressive client satisfaction ratings. I'm delighted to welcome Maria to BFS to lead the next stage of our growth strategy."
