SHANGHAI, Nov. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2019 Employer Branding Creativity Awards in Greater China received over a six-month period 1,056 creative entries from 405 domestic firms and foreign companies operating in China, including Tencent, Ping An, Procter & Gamble, Volkswagen, Bosch, Schneider, vivo, and so on. The event, divided into four phases, initiation, registration, evaluation and selection of winners, was launched on May 23 by WINGs, a leading employer branding architect, HRflag, one of the most prominent human resources management think tanks in China, and YIKE talks, an international pioneering platform for thought and knowledge sharing, and co-organized by Great Place to Work® Institute. Businessweek China and Xiaoguo, a platform focused on all forms of media distributed throughout campuses, were strategic partners of the event. Following a strict evaluation process based on four general metrics, content management, creative design, communications strategy and user experience, in addition to one metric specific to each company, 51 companies were selected to become the winners of 15 awards in three categories for their outstanding leadership and achievements in terms of employer branding. 

Employer branding pioneer Richard Mosley, WINGs founder Ocean Fu, Yiketalks vice president and partner Tracy Xia, Great Place to Work® Institute China CEO José Carlos Bezanilla, Businessweek China executive chief editor Steven Fan, Adream Foundation deputy secretary general Qiuxia Zhu, HRflag CEO Vivian Li and Havas Shanghai general manager and China chief creative officer Ben Sun were invited to join the judger team.
