As the owner of Freon™ and Opteon™ trademarks in various countries, Chemours actively protects its intellectual property by policing and monitoring the use of its trademarks, patent protections, and anti-counterfeit efforts.
Counterfeit refrigerant use can lead to below-standard system performance, equipment damage, and safety concerns.
