HONG KONG, Nov. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- DYXnet Group, Greater China's leading carrier-neutral network service provider, today announced its mainland China operating company, Shenzhen Diyixian Telecom Company Limited, is among the first official members of the China Cross-border Data Telecommunications Industry Alliance to be confirmed as having met the service standard required by China's Communications Administration.

The Group attended the 2018 Members Meeting of the China Cross-border Data Telecommunications Industry Alliance in Beijing on November 16, when the organisation's activity for the past 12 months and year ahead were discussed.

Li Yong, Secretary of The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, delivered a welcome speech, and Zhang Jianhua, Director of the Marketing Department at the Information and Communication Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, outlined development of the ICT market. He explained how the Internet access market, credit management and related issues are being regulated. He also proposed how the data communications market should progress in 2019. The meeting also heard from Alliance Vice President Liu Zhanxia, who delivered a summary of work currently under way.

DYXnet Group was represented by CEO Wing-Dar Ker and COO Jacky Wan. Wing gave a keynote address entitled "Combining Multiple state-of-the-art SD-WAN Technologies to Create an Easy-to-Manage Professional Network".

He told the meeting: "It is indeed an honour for DYXnet Group to be approved by the local Communications Administration as one of the first nine official members to meet the standard required. Since achieving official membership in March, we have worked closely with China's three leading telecoms operators according to guidance from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on compliance with legal requirements. This has included subject matter areas such as service contracts and cross-border network service provisioning."

He added: "As Greater China's leading carrier-neutral network service provider, the Group has been equipping enterprises with high-quality, reliable and scalable network service for nearly two decades. We are therefore happy to follow the Self-disciplinary Convention on China's Cross-border Data Telecommunications in respect of running our business in accordance with the law and under the supervision of relevant authorities. We will also play an exemplary role in promoting self-disciplinary, healthy, orderly and legal development of the industry. In addition, we will draw on our experience and technology to work with the three major operators in order to deliver a quality service to companies in countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative."

During the course of the Members Meeting, the Alliance announced a list of new observing members and overseas observers, before awarding certification to member organisations that have become legally compliant.

The China Cross-border Data Telecommunications Industry Alliance will continue to adhere to the national constitution, law and regulations, while observing a keen sense of social morality and cultivating a culture of collaboration via an innovative thought process. The aim is to provide effective services based on the needs of members, in the best interests of cross-border business development and in accordance with regulatory decisions from the government.
