This year, FHI 2019 is also striving to offer food and hospitality experts and enthusiast with a series of world's class championship events, including the most-anticipated Salon Culinaire, ASEAN Barista Team Championship, Indonesia Roasting Competition, and Tea Master Cup Indonesia (TMC).
"The 12th Edition Salon Culinaire will be the largest culinary competition in Indonesia, set to affiliate with over 30 overseas certified judges and 20 local judges.
