Hang Lung has won the "2018 Excellence Practice Awards" by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) for the first time and two awards in the category of Property Management at the International Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards for the seventh consecutive year. These recent recognitions reaffirm the Company's effort to promote its corporate culture of pursuing excellence.

The Company launched the Hang Lung STAR Service Campaign - Customer Service Module to enhance the standard in various areas, such as people development, outfit and image, as well as operational facilities, and re-define quality service standard. Since the launch of the campaign, more than 7,000 frontline staff from Hong Kong and mainland have participated in the program. The annual CRE Awards were launched by the APCSC with the purpose of recognizing corporates, teams and professional for their outstanding performance in customer relations.
