HONG KONG, Sept. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- HKBN Group ("HKBN" or the "Group") is stepping in to help local retailers overcome the unprecedented challenges from COVID-19 with the launch of "18 Districts Infinite Rewards" programme. By directly matching its massive 1 million residential customer base or about 1-in-3 Hong Kong households with its massive 100,000 or about 1-in-2 active companies enterprise customer base, HKBN is empowering local companies to cut out marketing expenses and to widen their addressable reach. This matching is done via providing its business customers with access to its wide array of customer engagement channels to advertise special highly customised local offers for 18 local districts, free of charge.

Elinor Shiu, Co-Owner and CMO -- Residential Solutions and Billy Yeung, Co-Owner and CEO -- Enterprise Solutions said, "Times of extreme difficulty call for extreme innovation and this programme creates extreme Win-Win by giving a much-needed boost to local businesses -- from chain outlets to sole proprietors -- through increased patronage, while bringing great deals across food & beverage, retail, beauty and furniture to HKBN's residential customers. More than just a provider of telecom and technology services, we're also partnering with our Enterprise Solutions customers to grow their business together, like lending the power of our e-commerce platform, myHKBNmall, so their promotional reach can extend beyond traditional media."

Running for four months, the "18 Districts Infinite Rewards" programme will be split across six phases. Each phase will feature rewards and offers covering three districts. Phase 1 promotions are from participating merchants in Yau Tsim Mong, Yuen Long and Tseung Kwan O, and will commence from now until 4 October 2020. Details of these limited-time offers will be widely promoted through channels that include newspapers, online advertisements, eDMs, My HKBN App, social media and more (participating businesses will not be required to pay for such promotions).

Phase 1 featured promotions include HK$100 discount upon purchase of HK$500 at Eikowada; buy 1 get 1 free low sugar milkshake at ShakeUp! in Mong Kok and 10% off discount for spending HK$100 or more at Snack to Home in Tseung Kwan O.
