HONG KONG, July 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) announced the winners of the "Best .hk Website Awards 2019" (the Awards) today. Aiming to bolster creativity, foster adoption of best practices and raise awareness on web accessibility in website development, HKIRC has been organising the Awards since 2009 to applaud and recognise websites with remarkable designs and comprehensive functionality. Mr. Victor Lam, JP, Government Chief Information Officer, was the Guest of Honour at the Awards today.
This year's competition is vigorous with around 350 entries from four streams, namely "Commercial", "Non-Commercial", "Government Department" and "Legislative Council member". The award winners were meticulously selected by a judging panel comprising of industry veterans and thought leaders.
