SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On the evening of July 23rd, a hydroelectric power station dam under construction in southeastern Laos collapsed. The collapse resulted in hundreds of missing people, about 6,600 homeless people, and nearly 3,000 people "waiting for rescue". The bad weather and continuously heavy rains destroyed most road traffic facilities. However, the rescuers are still trying their best in extremely difficult conditions.
