The proposal was considered by the City of Perth at its meeting held on 26 November 2019 where in accordance with the provisions of the City Planning Scheme No.2, the Metropolitan Region Scheme and the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 - Deemed Provisions for Local Planning Schemes, it was resolved to grant development approval.
