Roundtable discussion will explore digitization, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and the internet of things
NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Intralinks®, a world leading virtual data room (VDR) provider, announced today that it will host a roundtable discussion entitled "How Business Digitization, Artificial Intelligence, RPA and IoT will impact Mergers and Acquisitions " at the NYU Stern Fintech Conference 2018 on Friday, October 19, at the NYU Stern School of Business Paulson Auditorium. The discussion, led by Pete Frintzilas, Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy, and John Freese, VP Strategy and Innovation, will begin at 12:15 p.m.
This year's conference, entitled "Data Science Disruption in Fintech," will explore a host of topics related to Fintech 2.0 including machine learning, cryptocurrencies and algorithmic automation, among others.
During their session, Frintzilas and Freese will explore how the availability of data, insights and analytics tools and interconnected work processes affect the need to reduce deal risk, improve valuation accuracy and manage increased regulatory pressure.
