JINZHONG, China, Sept. 28, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently, Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Ltd. (Jinergy) announced that the company has supplied 3MW mono PERC solar panels to a C&I solar power station in Uruguay. The solar station was undertaken by Uruguayan experienced EPC company, Portal Sur SRL, and was connected to grid at the end of this July.
At present, Uruguay has formed a green energy industry chain dominated by wind power and PV. With the promotion of global carbon neutrality goals, Uruguayan energy market will further release demand. "As a BNEF tier one PV module manufacturer, Jinergy has rich experiences and good reputation in overseas market. We are confident to help our customers reach carbon neutrality goals by providing high quality and high efficiency solar panels," said Dr. Liyou Yang, general manager of Jinergy.
The mono PERC panels used in the solar station adopted gallium-doped silicon M6 (166mm) wafers, therefore, light-induced degradation (LID) and light and elevated temperature induced degradation (LeTID) of the panels are effectively reduced. The panels also used half-cut and MBB technology to reduce shadow effects, improve module reliability and reduce loss. Meanwhile, the panels utilized optimized anti-reflection film and high-impedance packaging materials to get excellent anti-PID performance. The guaranteed long-term power output of the panels reduces operation and maintenance costs and brings higher ROI to customers.
Furthermore, this July, Jinergy M10 (182mm) size mono series products has received TUV and CE certificate after passing tests according to IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and etc. The certified products included mono modules (JNMM) and dual-glass bifacial mono modules (JNBM). Larger wafer size, MBB and high-density interconnect technology bring higher efficiency and power output. LCOE and BOS cost will be further reduced.
