To offer further convenience, My Sun Life HK has launched a new feature called Policy eContract to enable clients[1] to receive and view the electronic version of their policy contracts upon policy issurance. Clients can acknowledge receipt of their policy contracts via the app without hassle anytime anywhere.

With the Company's Straight-Through-Processing system and the Faster Payment System infrastructure by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Sun Life will be able to settle and pay accident claims submitted through My Sun Life HK within 24 hours at the earliest[3], much faster than with paper-based claim processes.
