"P&G is stepping up to be a force for good, supporting our communities and people affected by this virus. We are happy to do our part to support the Singapore government's enhanced measures to take care of migrant workers. Many P&G products are key to helping prevent the spread of COVID-19, particularly those used for daily cleaning and for proper personal health and hygiene. These care packages, together with other measures by the government, will help ensure the health and safety of migrant workers," shares Mr. Magesvaran Suranjan, P&G President, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Ms Low Yen Ling, Mayor of South West District says, "P&G is a valuable partner of South West District, collaborating with us to contribute to the community. In such challenging times, partnerships across the private, public and people sector build strong structures of support to scaffold and uplift the vulnerable. We're pooling together resources from different parts of society to meet the needs of our migrant workers. It has been a difficult time for migrant workers. We appreciate the sacrifices they have made to keep the COVID-19 measures, especially those who are unable to celebrate Ramadan in their usual way. We recognise their contributions to our nation and want them to know that they are not alone, and the whole of our society – from the community, to businesses and individuals – have rallied together to take care of them. They've got SG United behind them."

P&G has been working with long-standing partner organizations to support communities and those affected by this global pandemic. As part of an on-going partnership with the South West CDC, P&G has pledged and donated 3,000 South West Care Packs to vulnerable families and frontline workers, and 500 sets of cleaning products for identified Social Service Agencies and preschools in the South West District. P&G has also launched a fundraiser with each dollar matched by the company for the benefit of The Courage Fund, an initiative under the National Council for Social Services (NCSS). The fund aims to provide additional support and relief to vulnerable individuals and families, including healthcare workers, frontline workers and volunteers.

Around the world, P&G has joined forces with more than 200 non-government organizations, relief agencies and governments to provide much needed product donations, in-kind donations of medical equipment and personal protective equipment, and financial support. Millions of P&G products are being donated from over 30 brands to help ensure that families have the cleaning, health and hygiene benefits P&G brands can provide.
