The data was released in Trustdata's "2019Q1 China Mobile Internet Industry Analysis Report" (the "Report") under the healthcare category.
According to the Company's 2018 annual results, Ping An Good Doctor boasted 1,196 in-house medical team of 1,196 staff members and 5,203 contracted external doctors. Empowered by the artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the Company provides users with 24x7 consultation and high quality customized member services, including auxiliary diagnosis, rehabilitation guidance, and medication recommendations. It has also partnered with more than 3,000 hospitals (including over 1,200 3A-grade hospitals) to help users complete triage and referral, offline first diagnosis, and return visits and follow-up services.
Thanks to the improving capability of its core service capability, Ping An Good Doctor is gradually changing its users' habits of medical treatment and health management. According to the Company's latest annual report, as of December 31, 2018, it has reached 265 million registered users, and recorded an annual revenue of RMB3.38 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 78.7%. Among which, the family doctor services business, the core business segment of the Company, achieved strong performance and recorded a revenue of RMB411 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 69.6%.
