Bossjob Accelerates Globalization Strategy, Attracts Employers with High Bonuses for Registration and Free Usage

SINGAPORE, Aug. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the July announcement of launching talent services in the Japanese market, the internet recruitment platform Bossjob has further accelerated its globalization process. Recently, Bossjob initiated the "Boss Big Bonus" campaign worldwide, allowing HR professionals to participate in sharing a $500,000 cash reward. There are no limits on the number of participants and total earnings!

Bossjob is the first online recruitment platform to promote the direct hiring model globally. This model has been successfully validated in the Philippines recruitment market. Currently, Bossjob is expediting its global expansion into Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and other locations.

$500,000 Cash Reward, Replicating Success in the Philippines Market

To attract new users and enhance employer retention, Bossjob launched an event with a $500,000 bonus pool.

From August 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023, during the campaign period, participants can share a $500,000 cash reward by completing specified tasks. The campaign targets all registered employers on Bossjob who qualify after company verification. Regarding rules, participants earn points through performance and task completion, where 100 points can be exchanged for $1 in cash. A maximum of 10,000 points, equivalent to $100, can be obtained for completing a single task.

In onboarding tasks, participants can each earn 20 points for uploading personal information and improving company details. Engaging in conversations and responding to candidate greetings on Bossjob can each earn 5 points daily, while daily gift baskets are randomly distributed between 1 and 5 points. To add excitement to the event, Bossjob also established a KPI competition segment, offering an additional 20 points for the top 50% of players on the weekly leaderboard. The most interesting aspect of this event is inviting new users to join Bossjob. Successfully inviting a company can yield 10,000 points, equivalent to $100, with no upper limit on the number of invitations. The more active employers are, the more candidates they hire, and the more new employers they recommend, the greater the cash rewards they receive.

As of August 6th, the cash reward for the top-ranking participant on the leaderboard has exceeded $1,000 and continues to rise.

The enthusiasm of campaign participants is not only due to the allure of cash incentives but also stems from Bossjob's corporate value, which is essential for retaining long-term users and clients.

Even back when the globalization strategy was initiated, Bossjob had implemented a free strategy, and this time they invested funds for subsidies, driven by the market's validation of Bossjob's successful MDD innovative model of "Mobile + Direct Chat + AI Matching". Bossjob introduced online chatting into the recruitment scene, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence algorithms and big data, to recommend highly suitable candidates to companies, and recommending jobs to job seekers, thereby enhancing the matching precision for both sides, reducing information asymmetry, and consequently improving job search and recruitment efficiency. Bossjob has been operating this model in the Philippines recruitment market, with a registered user base of over 3.5 million. Job seekers' chat opening rates exceed 80%, while employer response rates fall between 60% to 80%, and job matching rates are around 50%. This success in the Philippines market validates Bossjob's direct hiring model and its plans for international expansion.

Accelerating Global Expansion: Bossjob Lowers Costs and Increases Efficiency for Employers

Talent competition is a key topic in today's competition among global economies. Despite the technology industry globally dealing with growth slowdowns and even significant layoffs, the demand for talent remains high among local veteran companies, startups, and multinational enterprises, fueled by population growth, digital developments, and the development of the mobile internet industry in places like Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries. According to the "Global Think Tank Dynamics" research report, rental prices for Class A office buildings in Singapore are reaching historical highs of the past decade, and tech talents are highly sought after in the city-state. Additionally, according to the "Survey on IT Talent Supply and Demand" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, the IT industry in Japan is expected to face a shortage of 450,000 talent by 2030, with the maximum reaching 790,000 and the minimum at 160,000. The imbalance between talent supply and demand in the job market has caused employers to place more emphasis on the quality of talent and the efficiency of matching on recruitment platforms, providing an opportunity for the implementation and promotion of Bossjob's global strategy.

Bossjob's Co-founder Kiat How believes that Bossjob holds advantages in terms of talent, products, and efficiency. Covering a talent pool of 3.5 million across multiple countries in Southeast Asia, which continues to grow, Bossjob boasts a large and diverse talent pool, capable of fulfilling recruitment needs across various industries. Using direct chat features, employers and job seekers can communicate anytime, anywhere, reducing intermediary steps and unnecessary processes for a better experience. Moreover, Bossjob utilizes big data and artificial intelligence technology to establish and continuously optimize a talent matching model, aiming to increase the alignment between applicants and jobs, thereby enhancing recruitment efficiency and lowering hiring costs for employers.

Bossjob's global strategic layout in places like Japan and Singapore is progressing smoothly. They plan to enter Hong Kong in the third quarter of this year and cover over 30 million users in Southeast Asia by 2026.
