The Expo provides a platform for Owners' Corporations and Management Committees to collaboratively explore different plans with property management companies, aiming to enhance building value and residential quality." He further added that the ten major building appreciation schemes include enhancing estate image, upgrading clubhouse facilities and activities, strengthening garden planning and maintenance, establishing a sustainable environmental image for the estate, improving comprehensive parking facilities, introducing 'Cloud Interactive Community', intelligent security management, engineering and maintenance services, focusing on staff appearance and service attitude, and long-term estate planning.
