According to the fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technical team has optimized the feeding hopper, the width and length of the grate, the rotary speed of gearbox, and 1st and 2nd air ratio, and has customized the biomass fired boiler system for the timber enterprises in Chile. The fuel pre-treatment system can crush and dry wood blocks, and then directly process them into particles suitable for biomass fired boilers, which will ensure the stable and efficient operation of boilers.
ZOZEN has also equipped a bag filter for filtration, de-ashing and final dust cleaning to meet the emission standards in Chile, so the flue gas emission can be as low as 20mg/m3.
ZOZEN will actively participate in the practice of promoting resource recycling in dealing with climate change and realize the comprehensive utilization of forestry organic waste in Chile.
