Hotmob works with her technology partner, GreenTomato, to create advertising content tailor-made for the fans of Toy Story 3. By clicking banner ads running across Hotmob's affiliate networks, movie fans will be directed to the HTML 5 pop up page, which features a wide variety of movie content of Toy Story 3. They can meet the characters of the movie, view synopsis, trailers and ultimately purchase ticket in real time, offering fast and convenient user experiences.

Mr. Johnny Wong, Director of Hotmob Ltd, said, "As Steve Jobs from Apple states that Flash has not performed well on mobile devices, we believe that HTML 5 is a modern technology to simplify the task of creating sophisticated advertising pages with rich media effects. We are pleased to work with GreenTomato to pioneer HTML 5 to mobile advertising. It represents a big leap forward in the industry. Moreover, this campaign will encourage more ticket distributors from different sectors like entertainment and airline to deploy m-ticketing in the coming future. "

Mr. Wing Ng, General Manager of Intercontinental Film Distributors (HK) Ltd, said, "We decide to try mobile because we want to create excitement for new movie release and drive ticket sales through innovative ways. The Toy Story 3 campaign running on Hotmob's network is designed to engage fashion savvy movie-goers and purchase tickets from iPhone. We are pleased with our choice."

"We employed HTML 5 in this campaign to enrich users' experience. With better interactivity in the mobile ad, the brand can gain unprecedented engagement from users. We are very excited about the new potential opened up by HTML 5," adds Danny Kok, R & D Team Leader of GreenTomato.
