Elfa has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. During her time working at Four Seasons Hotels in Tokyo, New York and Philadelphia and the Ritz-Carlton Hotels in New York and Washington D.C., she gained extensive experience in international luxury hotel brands.
In her capacity as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Elfa heads up the sales, catering, reservations and marketing communications’ teams for both St. Regis Lhasa Resort and Four Points by Sheraton Lhasa.
