HONG KONG, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- NVC Lighting Holding Limited ("NVC" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", HKEx stock code: 2222), the leading supplier of lighting products in China, was granted the "National Building Decoration Material Provider" award in the National Building Decoration Material Working Conference 2010. Mr. Wu Changjiang, Chairman, CEO and Executive Director of NVC was honored as the "National Entrepreneur of the Building Decoration Material Industry", while the Company's energy-saving lamp and T5 lamp tubes were awarded the "National Building Decoration Material Technology Innovation".
The National Building Decoration Material Working Conference 2010 was held by the China Building Decoration Association in Shanghai on 7 September 2010. The conference, which had the theme of green materials, low carbon emission and harmony, aimed to encourage companies to improve the quality of their products in efforts to reduce carbon emission and save energy as the industry is undergoing a consolidation.
