The Acquisition Strengthens iSoftStone's Business Intelligence Consulting & Technical Services Capabilities in Multiple Client Industries in China's IT Services Market
BEIJING, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd, a leading China-based provider of IT Services to clients in China and globally, announced today that it has completed the acquisition to Shanghai Conserv Information System Co., Ltd (Conserv). The addition of Conserv will help iSoftStone to continue expanding its business intelligence (BI) practice and enhance its BI consulting and technical capabilities in target client industries within China's domestic IT markets.
Founded in 1997, Conserv is a Shanghai-based provider of business intelligence software, focused on data warehouse and data mining functions. Conserv serves clients in industries where iSoftStone already has a strong domestic China market presence, including banking & financial services, technology, utilities and manufacturing. Conserv has approximately 200 professionals, primarily engaged in R&D activities, located in the major East China commercial hubs of Shanghai and Nanjing.
