HONG KONG, Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ZZNode Technologies Company Limited ("ZZNode" or ZZNode Technologies Company Limited is pleased to announce that on 12 November 2010, Xinhua Colour (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co., Limited ("Xinhua Colour"), a subsidiary of the Company, entered into an advertising consultancy agreement (the "Agreement") with Shanghai branch of OMD ("OMD") regarding the provision of advertising consultancy services.
Xinhua Colour has the sole operation right for the advertisement of the billboards which are or will be located on the highways in the Hebei Provice, the PRC, starting in 2011. According to the Agreement, OMD agreed to be one of the advertising agents of such billboards and recommend them to its clients. OMD expects that advertisements on over 20% of such billboards could be placed to its clients with OMD as the agent.
