HONG KONG, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- At the Caring Company Recognition Ceremony on 04 April 2011, HL&C Employment Agency Ltd. was given the Caring Company Award for its fourth consecutive years from the HKCSS in recognition of our corporate citizenship and support to public welfare.
The Caring Company Scheme is launched by HKCSS and funded by HKSAR Government. Over the years, it has gained widespread support from the local businesses and has become the platform of cooperation for the official, civil and business communities. The mission of this Scheme is to build a caring community spirit through the cultivation of corporate citizenship and strategic partnerships as well as raising the public's awareness in the modern society of today's.
Since its foundation, HL&C has devoted much time and efforts on the public welfare and charity works. Within the organization, HL&C has continued to enhance its policies to care for its employees and their families as well as encouraging its staff to be involved in community activities and volunteer works. Despite the worldwide financial crisis in 2009, the company remained positivistic to its future and continued to organize advance management training courses to its staff and trade seminars to its stakeholders. In 2010, HL&C was awarded "Excellent Performance on Intellectual Capital Management" as recognition on its implementation of Intellectual Capital Management. HL&C was founded in 1991 in Central, Shatin & Tai Po and specialized in the deployment of foreign or local domestic helpers.
