HONG KONG, May 27, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Kiu Hung Energy Holdings Limited (the "Company", HKEx: 381) is pleased to announce today Mr. Jin Peihuang has joined the Company as an independent non-executive Director, as appointed by the Shareholders at the AGM.
Graduated from Jiangxi Mining Institute in 1964, Mr. Jin Peihuang is specialized in underground mining of coal and was a professor-grade senior engineer. He has 39 years of experience in coal mining industry. He has held the positions of deputy director of 4 mines, commissioner of production technologies and deputy Secretary General in Feng-Feng Mine Administration Office of Hebei Province. He also worked as the deputy director of the Safety Department of Ministry of Coal Industry, overseeing the safety of ventilation and rescue action of the mine. He has also held position of deputy general manager China Coal Construction Group Corporation, managing the production, safety and operation of the corporation. Mr. Jin has extensive experience in production, safety and technologies of the mining industry.
