Next Generation Game Engine Training to Develop Online, iOS (iPhone or iPad), Android, Xbox360, PS3 and NGP games on mobile smart phones, network and console platforms for young people to realize their dream.

HONG KONG, June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited Cyberport IncuTrain Centre organizes the Next Generation Game Engine Training Programme during July to December 2011 by inviting professional game masters and trainers from Shanghai Game Academy (GA) to Hong Kong to provide skill set and training to local startups companies, industry professionals and students, who want to realize their game ideas and develop career in the creative industries. After completion of the training, GA will recommend game job placement to the graduates. An overview of next generation game development training will be available on 18 June 2011.

Startup companies, industry professionals, students and anyone who want to be a next-gen game developer!

Using Unreal Developer Kit (UDK) is free of charge for game developers to build commercial games without revenue sharing with Epic Games China, the company provides UDK, if the revenue is under US$50,000. This is good for developing mobile games and virtual reality applications. UDK will be used as teaching tool for the training.

This 6-month program is designed for those who have a background in visual or interactive design and desire a career in the game industries. The 5 modules have covered most aspects of nowadays game development knowledge, skills and techniques. Students will be able to create their own next-gen game by using UDK when they finish this program on PC, iOS (iPhone or iPad), Android, Xbox360, PS3 and NGP platform. UDK
