Jade Garden's Gourmet Mid-Autumn Mooncakes

StarWorld's Michelin-star Shanghainese restaurant Jade Garden is continuing its tradition of creating gourmet mooncakes to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival.

This year's signature menu is highlighted by White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake -- made with premium white lotus seeds, top grade egg yolk, blueberry and 'five seeds', priced at MOP 268 / box.

Also on this year's mooncake menu is traditional Guangdong Mooncake with a gourmet twist. The recipe includes white lotus, seaweed, blueberry, purple potato with nuts, corn with water chestnut, ham with 'five seeds' and a hint of coconut, priced at MOP128 / box.
