Robert Walters Expands in Asia with New Indonesia Office

• Robert Walters expands Asian footprint with new office in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Indonesia office will have an initial focus on permanent recruitment in the areas of banking & financial services and sales & marketing, with further plans to expand into human resources, information technology as well as supply chain, procurement & logistics

JAKARTA, Indonesia, Nov. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Robert Walters PLC (LSE: RWA) announced today the expansion of its Asian network with a new office in Jakarta, Indonesia. Its Asian offices are currently located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and mainland China.

After successfully launching its Ho Chi Minh office this year, Robert Walters' new operations in Indonesia continued the Group's growth strategy in Asia, in response to an increasing demand from both clients and candidates for specialist and international recruitment services in Indonesia -- currently the world's fourth largest country by population and the biggest economy in Southeast Asia.

The Jakarta office will have an initial focus on banking & finance and sales & marketing roles with plans for gradual expansion into other disciplines as client and candidate relationships are established.
