Audience welcome to support with opportunity to receive a new iPad
HONG KONG, June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Organised by ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), the Job Hunting Competition 2012 has come to the highlight. After rounds of intensive competition, the top three winners from each of the four major regions (Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou) are now ready to compete for the National Grand Championship to be held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on 7 July, Saturday.
Through the competition, ACCA aims to give university students an opportunity to equip themselves with the skills essential for their future pursuit of desired jobs in the competitive recruitment market especially for accounting and finance profession.
Having been held for nine consecutive years, this nation-wide competition has successfully drawn the attention of nearly 200 universities throughout China every year. Over 2,200 applications from Accounting and Finance major students have been received this year.
The top three Hong Kong winners from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong will compete with the elite students coming from renowned Mainland universities for the Grand Championship.
At the China Grand Final, the finalists will be divided into groups to develop proposals for a given simulated business case and present it to the judges. Each contestant will be assessed according to his/her analytical skills, team work, communications as well as presentation skills.
ACCA welcomes interested parties to attend the China Grand Final Competition and support these outstanding students. This could also be a good learning opportunity for polishing job hunting skills. There will be a voting session for the audience to vote for their preferred champion with a chance to receive a new 3rdgeneration iPad.
