HONG KONG, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will hold its annual China Conference on May 10 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong. This year, the conference will focus on Hong Kong's Role in Mainland China's Next Round of Reforms.

AmCham Hong Kong's annual China Conference is structured to provide practical, near-term insights and assessments for effective business development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. As Mainland China's new leadership continues implementing the policy goals stated in its 12th Five-Year Plan, Hong Kong is also assessing what policy, regulatory, and other fine-tuning actions are needed to remain a strong, international economy that serves as a gateway into and a springboard out of Mainland China.

What are the challenges and prospects for Mainland China's next round of reforms? To what extent will Hong Kong be a model and a player in these reforms, particularly in service industry sectors?

The Chamber is honored and pleased to have Mrs. Laura Cha, Chairman of Financial Services Development Council, and Francisco J.
