FRIDAY'S SHIMAO new restaurant's "torpedo-style bar" is at the forefront of modern restaurant design and plays a central role in increasing employee-customer interaction. With four open sides, all with bar seating, its openness allows for greater visual stimulation and even includes 10 LCD TVs to give customers in any corner a good view of the sports action.
