Cafe DKSH is a signature gourmet event organized by DKSH annually in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. It provides a platform for chefs to gather and share new ideas and insights for pastry creations. This year, the spotlight is on the new quality products carried by DKSH, featuring food colorings, pasteurized frozen egg white and convenient cake-baking products.
Over one hundred chefs from Hong Kong and Macau joined us today to visit over a dozen of product demonstrations presented by Vivy, Cacao Barry, Dawn and Karea, clients of Business Line Food Services and Hotel Supplies. Three renowned chefs namely Herve Lemonon from Elle & Vire, Ramon Morato from Cacao Barry and Davide Malizia from Vivy were invited by DKSH to come to Hong Kong, hoping to create a creativity blast of how chefs can turn the ordinary into extraordinary with new DKSH high quality products.
